‘He is not even physically built up; he does not even seem like the guy any lady would like. I heard he is not even rich but the ladies still flock around him. What could it be? Why that guy?’ He is the one because he possesses almost all the qualities below if not all. Being attractive to a woman sometimes is not about the physique. This is the reason why the least expected guys tend to have a lot of lovely ladies around them. While looks are a factor there are some qualities that women find more attractive in men. What are these qualities then?
The approachability factor
Although, study has proven that, in terms of a short fling, women are attracted to handsome men. I have seen cases when ladies find a guy attractive because he is good looking but finds it hard to keep up with the feeling for long because he seems totally unapproachable. As a guy being approachable leaves you at an advantage and makes a lady drawn to him.
The older, the attractive
Sometimes, people wonder what some beautiful young ladies find in dating older men. Don’t think too much. Here is the reason: she needs a man who is experienced, and they tend to have more resources that they need. Women are attracted to that particular man because she knows that to some extent she can be financially secure.

I was in a show with a lot of guys there then I heard one of the guys say, ‘this guy is dating more than three ladies at the same time. His mother knows some but does not know all of them,’ Hearing those words, I looked back to see the ‘guy’ in question and discovered that he looked totally unattractive physically. This got me thinking about what it is about that particular him. Reiterating the first point, I approached him to satisfy my curiosity. Having a conversation with him made me realize that he was nothing close to what he looked like. He was so funny, intelligent and spontaneous; in fact, he knows how to sweep a lady off her feet.
A sensitive side? Show it – Get a dog
‘Men with dogs are indeed more attractive to women’ as proven by an empirically tested and verified myth. Having a dog and being able to control them while walking down the street shows that he is a caring guy. Every lady wants a caring guy, they want a guy that can pamper and take good care of them.
How selfless can he be?
In having a serious long term relationship, one of the qualities that a woman finds attractive in a guy is selflessness. Research has it that women find generous and selfless men eye-catching. They know that he will be able to stretch forth a hand of help when she is in need.
The guy is a risk-taker; So she loves him
Being a risk-taker is pretty attractive. A man that can take risks for his business and work could be a good sign that he is going to protect her when she is in a relationship with him. Appearing fearless in the face of danger reflects manliness. For a fact, ladies love masculinity.
First impressions last longer
Taking an example from the popular Nigerian YouTube series, Skinny Girl in Transit, the first impression the husband of the protagonist of the movie made was a bad one and this affected her attitude towards him before they eventually became intimate, she kept seeing him as a proud and insolent guy. It took a while before he could get that inbuilt impression out of her. Making a good first impression is very vital. If a guy is such who watches what he says and is sensitive about his words, he would try not to hurt her feelings and act in ways that will make her feel good. Following this, she would always find him attractive because she knows every word or impression he makes will lighten her up.
